Andrew Gerald Redman

I am in the midst of my favorite materials and tools. Molds, Marquettes, figures and busts by hundreds of artists from the last century line the dusty shelves here at Herman Bergman’s Bronze Foundry in Stockholm, Sweden.      

I am a British artist based in northern Europe, trained at Chesterfield College of Art, Edinburgh College of Art, Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Birmingham Institute of Art and Design.

I began working with ceramics and glass in the mid 1970’s. I first started with Bronze in 2012. The forms from which these casts were made are in wood, clay and black wax.
